win7系统 pl2303驱动 xx

PL2303 这个IC是用在PC与PC之间互连的联网线上面的吧。可能是不兼容造成的。原来XP的不能用在win7上，虽然有最新的官方驱动，实际上在WIN7下大多数USB转换器都不能用，几经周折终于找到上能用的，WIN7 U版 正式版下亲测可用，供大家分享！
